Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Cold Spring, MN facility. This entry-level night shift leadership role supports daily production operations, coordinating workflow and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity while developing supervisory and problem-solving skills.

Work on the production floor, address operational challenges, and contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong communication and adaptability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED; College Degree preferred.
• Experience: previous leadership experience preferred; poultry/food industry a plus.
• Skills: effective communication, independent decision making, basic computer knowledge, ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on supervisor training to prepare for department-specific supervisor roles.
• Organize manpower, materials, equipment, and production schedules for efficient operations.
• Oversee employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Encourage open communication and employee involvement to build team morale.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for quality improvement and cost savings.
• Ensure safety standards are followed and promote a safe working environment.
• Attend leadership and process training sessions to develop your leadership and people management skills.
