Job summary

Cold Spring Brewing is seeking a Quality Control Lab Technician for the night shift to ensure product quality across our beverage production. The role includes routine QC testing, sampling, and data recording in a fast-paced facility located in Cold Spring, MN.

The position requires strict adherence to GMP/HACCP and accurate analytical work, including HPLC and titration. A 12-hour night shift with a $750 bonus applies where eligible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with SAP or other inventory management systems beneficial.
• GMP and HACCP regulations knowledge preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biology or Chemistry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily QC testing on energy drinks including pH, titration, and brix.
• Inspects cans for dents, scratches, and packaging codes for accuracy.
• Collects samples and prepares retention and customer samples.
• Performs hourly QC checks and records data in the QC database.
• Conducts HPLC analysis and Titratable Acidity testing.
• Ensures calibration of measuring devices and maintains GMP compliance.
