Job summary

Cold Spring Brewing in Cold Spring, MN seeks experienced leads to assist the Bottle Shop Production Manager and Supervisors, train new employees, and ensure plant processes in their area meet customer expectations and productivity goals.

You will manage, train and schedule production crews, coordinate with departments to improve procedures, uphold safety and quality standards, and support continuous improvement on the line.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret in English.
• Strong mechanical background and ability to troubleshoot.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Position must be able to communicate with all levels of employees, vendors, customers and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Lead production team scheduling and staffing for assigned shifts.
• Develop procedures with departments to improve processes.
• Ensure efficient use of production lines and labor cost.
• Assist and advise scheduling group on production schedules and priorities.
• Participate in hiring, performance evaluations, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
