Job summary

Cold Spring Brewing is seeking a Full Time Manual Labor role in Cold Spring, MN. You will assemble kits for the production plant, pre-weigh ingredients, track inventory, and follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret in English.
• Strong mechanical background with troubleshooting ability.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Pre-weigh ingredients following specific recipes.
• Batch soft drinks and energy drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness of areas responsible for.
• Monitor activities in area of responsibility during shift.
• Ensure that every detail and specification of each product is met.
• Follow recipes and directions precisely.
