Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Cold Spring, MN facility. This entry-level night shift leadership role supports daily production operations across multiple departments, coordinating workflow, monitoring activities, and upholding safety, quality, and productivity standards.

You will spend most of the time on the production floor, assisting with team support, addressing operational challenges, and helping ensure work is completed efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; College degree in related field preferred.
• Experience: prior leadership in a support role; poultry/food industry experience is a plus.
• Skills: strong communication, independent decision making, basic computer knowledge, multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train on the production floor as you prepare for department leadership roles.
• Organize manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules for efficient operations.
• Monitor safety, quality, and productivity; provide feedback and coaching to staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for improvements and cost savings.
• Attend leadership and process training sessions, including a trip to Corporate HQ in Greeley, CO.
