Job summary

Cold Spring Brewing is seeking capable Lead Production roles to support the Bottle Shop Production Manager and Supervisors. You will train new employees, ensure plant processes in your area meet productivity targets, and contribute to quality and efficiency goals.

The roles involve coordinating daily shift activities, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with management to implement improvements while adhering to GMP and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and interpret in English.
• Strong mechanical background with troubleshooting ability.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Monitors activities in area of responsibility during shift.
• Trains and leads; communicates effectively with co-workers.
• Works to minimize changeover time.
• Ensures every detail and specification of products is met.
• Assists in implementing directives and documentation for the area.
• Performs tests on product and processes; maintains inventory records.
• Maintains sanitation and safety standards; uses chemicals safely.
• Evaluates processes for continuous improvement and adopts new procedures.
• Ensures equipment is maintained and operates at peak efficiency.
