Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee daily quality operations in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment. You will implement and monitor quality and sanitation systems to ensure compliance with company objectives and regulatory requirements.

The role requires leadership of quality personnel, strong knowledge of GMP, SQF, and HACCP, and experience with SAP QM. Night shift 6pm-6:30am, with duties across QA, lab, and production support.

Qualifications

• Experience with GMP, SQF, HACCP and related standards.
• BS degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology or related discipline.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in quality in a beverage manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day quality operations and implement quality systems to meet objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and supervise Quality employees and assist with hiring decisions.
• Maintain and improve SQF system and quality management processes.
• Post process orders and generate reports in SAP QM module; manage recalls and negative inventory tests.
