Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. seeks a skilled Supervisor Quality to oversee daily quality operations in a fast-paced beverage plant. You will ensure GMP, SQF, and customer requirements are met while leading the Quality team.

You’ll manage lab activities, use SAP quality tools, and drive continuous improvement in food safety and product quality. This role runs night shifts and reports to the Manager Quality.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology or related discipline preferred (or equivalent related experience).
• Three (3) plus years supervisory experience in quality within a high-speed beverage manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SQF, and other quality systems and regulatory standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day quality operations and ensure compliance with GMPs, PPE, and food safety standards.
• Supervise Quality staff and exercise authority in hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain SQF System and drive continual improvement of the facility's food safety and quality management systems.
• Track KPIs to meet daily and budgetary targets and manage data in SAP Quality Module.
• Coordinate lab testing, instrument maintenance, and approvals/releases of materials.
