The position emphasizes lived recovery experience, CPSRP or Recovery Coach certification, and a valid driver’s license. The role includes documentation, collaboration with care teams, and transportation of clients as needed.

Qualifications

• Lived recovery experience required or strongly preferred.
• 2+ years with identified populations; CPSRP preferred.
• CPSRP or Recovery Coach Certification (CCAR) or equivalent required or within 6 months of hire.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Part-time schedule; weekend hours as specified.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in identifying and advocating recovery goals.
• Use motivational interventions to educate on recovery strategies.
• Conduct program-specific assessments and screenings.
• Collaborate to create individualized, person-centered treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention or de-escalation as needed.
• Provide case management and link clients to community resources.
• Maintain documentation per agency standards.
• Transport clients as required.
