True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Night House Supervisor / Patient Flow Specialist in Great Falls, MT. This on-site, full-time night role leads hospital operations, oversees patient flow, and guides staff on policies with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate holds an ADN or BSN and Montana RN licensure, with 3+ years in hospital nursing, ICU/ED, and leadership responsibilities. Expect collaboration with CNO and physicians to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education: ADN or BSN from an accredited program.
• Licensure & Certifications: Active Montana RN license, BLS/CPR, ACLS and PALS (within 6 months).
• Clinical & Leadership Experience: 3+ years hospital RN, with ICU/ED background and patient flow leadership.
• Technical & Clinical Skills: Proficiency with critical care equipment and cardiac monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift supervision and decision-making in collaboration with charge nurses and the CNO.
• Optimize patient flow and manage nursing resources across the facility.
• Direct staff in applying policies, organize workflows, and monitor productivity.
