The Brigham and Women's Hospital, Inc. part of Mass General Brigham is hiring PCA staff. A $750 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible new employees. Working under licensed personnel, you will assist patients with daily living activities, monitor vitals, document in EMR, and support patient comfort and safety in a 36-hour weekly night shift at 75 Francis Street. Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in patient care is valued (0–1 year preferred).
• Licenses/certifications such as BLS, CMA, CNA preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating).
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, BP, pulse, respiration).
• Document in medical records accurately and timely.
• Interact with patients and families professionally.
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and transfers as needed.
• Report health concerns to nurses.
