Job summary

Mass General Brigham’s The Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Inc. seeks a Patient Care Assistant to support licensed staff, assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, and document in the medical record. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and preferred BLS, CMA, or PCT certifications.

Schedule includes 36 hours weekly with a Night shift at 75 Francis Street, Boston. A $750 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible new employees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• BLS and national CMA or PCT certifications preferred.
• Experience in patient care/elder care 0-1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding).
• Take vital signs and document results.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Interact with patients and families effectively.
• Assist with turning and repositioning, and mobility aids.
• Report health concerns to licensed personnel.
