Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.
• Complete documentation in the medical record accurately.
• Support patients with mobility, repositioning, and basic hygiene tasks.
• Communicate health concerns to licensed personnel promptly.
• Contribute to patient safety and comfort during night shifts.
