Job summary

Mass General Brigham in Boston is seeking a Patient Care Assistant to support patients with activities of daily living under licensed staff. You will assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, and turning patients, while taking vital signs and documenting care in the medical record.

This role participates in a night shift schedule at onsite 75 Francis Street, with a 36-hour weekly commitment and a $750 sign-on bonus for eligible new employees in PCA positions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: BLS preferred.
• CNA / Nursing Assistant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living under licensed personnel.
• Take vital signs and document observations in the medical record.
• Complete all required documentation in the EMR.
• Support patient mobility and positioning as needed.
• Communicate health concerns to nurses promptly.
