Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience in healthcare or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient demographics and insurance; verify eligibility and generate estimates.
• Enter data into MS4 and obtain signatures on consent forms.
• Discuss financial liability and assist with payment plans.
• Support multiple services and potential on-call shifts as needed.
