Job summary

Conifer Health is seeking a Patient Access representative at the Abrazo Scottsdale Campus in Phoenix. Shifts are Wed–Sat from 5pm to 5am, with 3–5 weeks of day-shift training before transitioning to night hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-1 year in a Customer Service role.
• 0-1 year administrative experience in medical facility, health insurance, or related area preferred.
• Some college coursework is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and complete full patient registration per hospital policies.
• Educate patients on financial liabilities and collect payments per policies.
• Verify insurance and obtain necessary authorizations and pre-admission details.
