Responsibilities

• Facilitate patient flow by notifying clinical staff of arrivals and delays.
• Answer phones and route calls as needed.
• Provide information such as directions, hours, and policies.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA regulations.
• Perform clerical tasks (copying, scanning, filing).
• Maintain clean waiting areas and front desk.
