Job summary

Peet’s Coffee is hiring for a Production Team Member on the 3rd shift (Mon–Fri, 11:30pm–8:00am) in Minnesota. You’ll collaborate with the packaging team to meet production goals, perform packaging tasks, and uphold safety and GMP standards while documenting production data.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork, with a pay range of $17–$18 per hour and a benefits package for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of industrial production experience.
• Able to lift up to 80 pounds and stand for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the production team to maintain a safe work environment and meet production goals.
• Perform packaging activities including case filling, box assembly, and pallet stacking.
• Follow safety policies and GMPs to ensure product quality.
• Use computer applications to complete tasks and document production data.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity while maintaining safety and quality.
