Job summary

Peet’s Coffee, Inc. is seeking a Production Team Member for second shift in Minnesota. You’ll help meet production goals while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on a packaging line.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year in an industrial setting, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to read production documents. Pay is $17–$18 per hour with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an industrial production facility.
• Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Preferred: 1 year of coffee industry experience; 1 year of food manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Work cooperatively with the production team to ensure workplace safety and product quality while meeting production goals.
• Complete packaging tasks such as case filling, box assembly, and pallet stacking.
• Comply with all safety rules, food safety GMPs, and other requirements.
• Report safety and quality concerns to Leadership.
• Work on a packaging line with consistent speed and accuracy.
• Willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays.
