Job summary

Peet’s Coffee is seeking a packaging associate for 3rd shift to support film packaging and production line activities. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in an industrial production or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and follow production documents and safety procedures.
• Basic math and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the production team to maintain a safe work environment, ensure product quality, and meet production goals.
• Perform packaging activities including case filling, box assembly, and pallet stacking.
• Follow workplace safety policies, GMPs, and quality requirements.
• Operate packaging line with consistent speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity without compromising safety or quality.
• Complete cleaning and sanitation tasks to maintain a clean, safe area.
• Handle and manage materials to support organized production.
• Document production and quality information accurately.
