Job summary

Peet’s Coffee is seeking a Production Team Member in Minnesota for the 1st shift (7:30am–4:00pm). You will work with the production team to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality while performing packaging tasks and line duties.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, plus at least 1 year in an industrial production setting. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), and paid time off, with opportunities for overtime and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and understand production documents and safety manuals.
• Basic math, reading and writing skills; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with the production team to ensure safety and quality while meeting production goals.
• Complete packaging tasks such as case filling, box assembly, and pallet stacking.
• Follow safety rules and Good Manufacturing Practices consistently.
• Report safety and quality concerns to Leadership.
• Operate on a packaging line with steady speed and accuracy.
• Assist with cleaning, sanitation and material management tasks as needed.
