The role emphasizes coaching, schedule flexibility, and driving performance across a large network.

Candidates should have 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in logistics or manufacturing and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• 2+ years of supervisory/management experience in logistics or manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Staff management and workload planning experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse frontline team with coaching and guidance.
