DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Manager II to lead a Supervisors team and drive efficient warehouse operations. You will develop workflows, monitor KPIs, and ensure safety compliance while partnering with HR for talent selection.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across 500+ facilities as DHL remains a leader in contract logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience required.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience required.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports; foster inclusion and belonging.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, standardize processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.
• Compile reports on KPIs (productivity, accuracy) to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Promote open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates.
• Partner with HR and site leadership to ensure a comprehensive hiring process for Supervisors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately.
• Engage with customers to address concerns and drive exceptional satisfaction.
