DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Manager II to lead a diverse warehousing team and implement efficient workflows across functions. You will drive safety, productivity and cost reductions while partnering with HR and cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders.

The role emphasizes coaching, inclusion, and developing top talent in a large, multi-facility organization with strong performance metrics and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, required.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role, required.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports, fostering inclusion and belonging.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, and standardized processes to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and cultivate a culture of safety.
• Compile reports on KPIs such as productivity and accuracy to support decision-making.
• Foster open communication among leadership and associates to promote transparency and teamwork.
• Collaborate with HR and site leadership to hire Supervisors and align with values and requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Engage with customers to address concerns and drive exceptional customer satisfaction.
