DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Manager II to lead a team of Supervisors across our warehouse operations. You will drive efficient workflows, implement best practices, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering reliable order fulfillment.

This position reports to site leadership, partners with HR for recruiting, and uses KPI insights to reduce costs and raise productivity. Strong coaching and cross-functional collaboration are essential to sustain DHL's reputation as a global

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience.
• 2+ years in supervisory or management role.
• P&L management, objective setting and project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports.
• Develop and implement workflows, labor plans, standardize processes, and introduce best practices.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote a safety culture.
• Compile KPI reports and provide insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Foster open communication across leadership and associates to promote transparency and teamwork.
• Partner with HR and site leadership to ensure hiring of Supervisors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders promptly.
• Engage with customers to address concerns and improve satisfaction.
