Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC in Sealy, TX seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead hourly staff and ensure customer requirements are met while achieving company goals.

You will supervise drivers, oversee loading/unloading, scheduling, and performance management, driving continuous improvement and ensuring safety and compliance. The role includes a night shift from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am and bonus eligibility based on location performance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently.
• Strong written/oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage through a problem, think critically, and make decisions independently.
• Ability to drive process improvement and lead change.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
