Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years related functional experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate performance standards that are specific and measurable.
• Interview hourly associates and provide hire recommendations.
• Monitor attendance and productivity and counsel or recognize associates as needed.
• Supervise logistics operations including dispatch, loading/unloading, and documentation.
• Review orders and identify private fleet opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and company procedures.
