Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations including driver deliveries, loading/unloading trailers, and customer service activities.
• Manage performance of direct reports and take corrective action up to written warning.
• Participate in hiring and conduct team meetings to drive productivity.
• Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and company policies while maintaining accurate records.
