Job summary

Concept Frames, an ASSA ABLOY company, seeks a Night Shift Operations Supervisor to oversee hollow metal manufacturing on-site in Newton, NC. You’ll lead production staff, champion safety and quality, and partner with the Operations Manager to meet daily goals and customer delivery timelines.

The role requires 4 years of manufacturing leadership, familiarity with lean and Kaizen, and strong people skills. Expect hands-on leadership and opportunities to drive process improvements in a growing

Qualifications

• 4 years leadership experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Experience with metal forming or related field preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and schedules.
• Strong communication and team‑leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff and production for hollow metal manufacturing.
• Ensure safety, quality and on‑time performance.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager on daily decisions.
• Provide direction, training, mentoring and motivation to production teams.
• Manage work schedules to meet production requirements.
• Ensure orders are filled efficiently and correctly with on‑time delivery.
• Provide quality oversight for customer orders.
• Lead lean initiatives to improve procedures and processes.
