Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience and 5 years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and operational management.
• Experience leading Lean and Six Sigma initiatives.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for manufacturing operations and performance.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals.
• Plan, organize, and optimize daily production and inventory flow.
• Champion safety and regulatory compliance across the plant.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Monitor KPIs and take corrective action to meet targets.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and sales.
• Manage budgets and resources with focus on cost effectiveness.
• Lead hiring, coaching, and performance management.
