RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Oncology Float Pool at the New Brunswick campus. The RN will cover oncology patients across units, including trauma and neurology, in a night shift role.

Qualifications

• ASN or Nursing Diploma required.
• 2+ years of oncology experience.
• BSN or must be completed within 5 years of hire.
• ONC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care across oncology populations per Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards.
• Supervise and direct delegation of tasks to team members.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to achieve measurable patient outcomes.
• Maintain safety and report identified hazards and medical errors.
