The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and excellent communication skills while maintaining Magnet culture and evidence-based practice in a Level 1 trauma setting.

Qualifications

• ASN or Nursing Diploma is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards.
• Maintain safety and apply evidence-based practice; report hazards and errors.
• Know the patient population served and adapt care accordingly.
