Greenhills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing seeks a talented LPN/RN Supervisor for the night shift (7P-7A). The role oversees resident and staff activities, directs care plans, and models professional nursing practice within facility policies.

Responsibilities include supervising Charge, Treatment, and CNA assignments, ensuring timely communication, and coordinating with physicians to maintain high-quality resident care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Experience in geriatric/nursing home leadership is preferred.
• Current license to practice as an LPN/RN in TN.

Responsabilités

• Assure that quality nursing care is delivered and discharge planning input is provided.
• Implement plan of care consistently with focus on resident outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to update care plans.
• Deliver and maintain optimum resident care by applying current nursing practices.
