Job summary

Greenhills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing seeks an experienced LPN/RN Supervisor to oversee nightly nursing operations from 7 PM to 7 AM. The role manages resident and staff activities, applies nursing practices, and ensures care aligned with policies and procedures while modeling professional behavior.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current TN license to practice as an LPN/RN.
• Experience in nursing home leadership.
• BSN or equivalent nursing education may be required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality nursing care using the nursing process with focus on resident outcomes.
• Implement plan of care consistently, efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals on care plans.
• Supervise and coordinate Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments and activities.
• Maintain timely communication of treatment and assessment information.
