Job summary

Greenhills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an LPN/RN Supervisor for the 7P-7A night shift. The role oversees nursing care delivery, formulates and implements resident care plans, and mentors staff to meet geriatric needs in a center setting.

The supervisor will coordinate Charge, Treatment and CNA activities, ensure timely communication of treatment updates, and collaborate with physicians to adjust plans while maintaining quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor of Science degree in nursing or equivalent experience.
• Current TN LPN/RN license to practice.
• Experience in nursing home leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nursing care is outcome-focused using the nursing process.
• Coordinate Charge, Treatment, and CNA assignments.
• Communicate treatment updates and plan changes with physician team.
• Monitor staff performance to align with care plans.
• Supervise unit activities during 7P-7A shift.
