Greenhills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a dedicated LPN/RN Supervisor for the night shift (7P-7A) to lead resident care and coordinate staff on a geriatric unit.

The role requires a BSN or equivalent, TN licensure, and prior nursing home leadership experience. You will oversee care plans, collaborate with physicians, and ensure compliant, high‑quality nursing care.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current license to practice as an LPN/RN in TN.
• BSN or equivalent experience.
• Previous nursing home leadership experience.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and coordinate Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments and activities in an assigned unit and shift.
• Ensure timely communication of current treatment and assessment information, efficient delivery of services and timely compilation of new information.
• Deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort by demonstrating knowledge and skills of current nursing practices.
• Collaborate with physician and/or other health care professionals by sharing information relevant to changing plan of care.
• Identify needs and provide input for discharge planning and follow-up throughout length of stay.
