Job summary

Greenhills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Night Shift LPN/RN Supervisor (7P-7A) to oversee nursing care and staff performance on the geriatric unit. The role focuses on leadership, care planning, and ensuring adherence to facility policies to provide high-quality resident care.

The supervisor will coordinate Charge, Treatment and CNA staff, collaborate with physicians, and monitor compliance with treatment plans and documentation while maintaining a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current license to practice as an LPN/RN in TN.
• BSN preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments on the unit and shift.
• Communicate current treatment and assessment information promptly to the care team.
• Monitor staff activities to ensure care is delivered per plans and physician orders.
• Lead the plan of care development and implementation for geriatric residents.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to adapt plans as needed.
