Job summary
Greenhills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a skilled LPN/RN Supervisor for the night shift (7 PM–7 AM). You will oversee nursing staff, ensure quality geriatric care, and coordinate resident care plans, while modeling professional standards and adhering to facility policies.
The role requires an active TN LPN/RN license, nursing leadership experience, and a strong commitment to resident-centered outcomes.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Bachelor of Science degree in nursing or equivalent experience.
- Current license to practice as an LPN/RN in TN.
- Previous experience in a nursing home leadership capacity.
Responsibilities
- Assure that effective quality nursing care is delivered through the nursing process and input for discharge planning.
- Implement plan of care consistently with resident-centered outcomes.
- Collaborate with physician and other health care professionals and share information relevant to care changes.
- Deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort by applying current nursing practices.
- Supervise and coordinate Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments and activities on the unit/shift.
- Ensure timely communication of current treatment and assessment information and efficient service delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate staff activities to ensure care and treatment follow the care plans and physician instructions.
