Job summary

Greenhills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an LPN/RN Supervisor for the night shift (7P-7A). The role entails managing residents and staff, directing care plans, and ensuring nursing practice adheres to facility policies.

Responsibilities include supervising Charge, Treatment and CNA staff, coordinating with physicians, and maintaining timely communication of patient information. Equal opportunity employer; daily pay option available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN or equivalent nursing education.
• Current license to practice as an LPN/RN in TN.
• Previous experience in a nursing home leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality nursing care remains outcome-focused using the nursing process.
• Provide input for discharge planning and follow-up.
• Implement care plans to meet resident needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to update plans of care.
• Supervise Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments.
• Communicate current treatment information in a timely manner.
• Monitor staff activities to ensure care follows plans and physician instructions.
