Job summary

Greenhills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing seeks an experienced LPN/RN Supervisor for the night shift (7P-7A). The role oversees resident and staff activities and ensures nursing care aligns with facility policies and geriatric care standards.

The position requires a BSN or equivalent, an active TN LPN/RN license, and prior nursing home leadership experience. Night shift supervision duties include coordinating Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent experience.
• Current license to practice as an LPN/RN in TN.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality nursing care is delivered and outcome-focused through nursing process.
• Implement plan of care consistently with resident-centered outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and health professionals to adjust care plans as needed.
• Deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort with current nursing practices.
• Supervise and coordinate Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments each shift.
• Ensure timely communication of treatment and assessment information.
