Greenhills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an LPN/RN Supervisor for the night shift (7P-7A) to lead nursing staff and coordinate resident care on a geriatric unit. The role requires a Nursing degree, active TN RN/LPN license, and prior leadership in a nursing setting.

The supervisor will ensure quality care, participate in care planning, and collaborate with physicians to adapt plans as residents' needs change. Competitive benefits are offered.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Current license to practice as an LPN/RN in TN.
• Previous leadership experience in a nursing home setting is required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure high-quality nursing care using the nursing process with a focus on discharge planning and follow-up.
• Implement care plans consistently to achieve resident-centered outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health care professionals to update care plans.
• Provide resident care and comfort using current nursing practices.
• Supervise and coordinate Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments on the unit and shift.
• Ensure timely communication of treatment and assessment information.
• Monitor staff activities to ensure care is delivered as planned and per physician instructions.
