Job summary

Greenhills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a talented LPN/RN Supervisor for the night shift (7P-7A) to lead nursing staff and manage resident care. The role directs care planning, ensures high-quality nursing care, and collaborates with physicians and other health professionals to adjust plans as needed.

Responsibilities include supervising Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments, maintaining timely communication, and upholding the facility’s policies while supporting geriatric

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor of Science degree in nursing or equivalent experience.
• Current license to practice as an LPN/RN in TN.
• Previous experience in a nursing home leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process to achieve resident-centered outcomes.
• Implement and monitor plans of care consistently and cost-effectively.
• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to update care plans.
• Provide current nursing knowledge to maintain optimum resident comfort.
• Supervise and coordinate Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments on the unit and shift.
• Communicate treatment and assessment information timely and accurately.
• Monitor staff activities to ensure care aligns with treatment plans and orders.

Education

Graduate of an accredited nursing school
