Advocate Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant to support daily patient care at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago. The role involves assisting with bathing, feeding, mobility, and data collection under RN supervision.

This is a full‑time, 36‑hour week night shift with every other weekend and some holidays. Requirements include BLS, Nurse Aide certification, GED or HS diploma, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifikationen

• Assists RN with daily patient care tasks under supervision.
• Accurate documentation in EMR and basic vitals collection.
• Demonstrates infection prevention and patient safety practices.
• Excellent communication with patients, families and staff.

Aufgaben

• Assists RN with daily care of patients including bathing, oral hygiene, feeding and ambulation.
• Measures and documents vital signs and inputs/outputs in EMR.
• Performs rounds and communicates patient observations to RN.
• Supports admission, transfer and discharge with appropriate setup and handoff.
• Collects specimens and assists with point‑of‑care testing as directed.
