Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Active PA RN license required.
• Basic Life Support / CPR required; ACLS within six months (LTACH).

Responsabilidades

• Oversees site operations and aims to meet departmental goals.
• Acts as clinical and administrative resource on duty.
• Participates in hiring and staff development within scope of practice.
• Supports staffing based on acuity and NHPPD; manages scheduling.
• Delivers effective communication and leads policy implementation.
• Provides handoff reports and analyzes shift event feedback.
