Good Shepherd Rehabilitation seeks an experienced Nurse Supervisor for our LTACH. The role directs daily patient care, ensures safety, and serves as on-site leader in the absence of other administrators.

You will report to the Director of Nursing at the site and help advance our mission of high-quality rehabilitation care. You will oversee staffing, support evidence-based practice, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and foster a Just Culture that values continuous improvement.

Formación

• BSN preferred; PA RN license required.
• 2–4 years nursing experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• ACLS within 18 months of hire; PALS for Pediatrics preferred.
• HIPAA compliance knowledge.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily patient care activities in the LTACH.
• Lead nursing staff and participate in hiring.
• Schedule nursing staffing based on acuity and NHPPD.
• Ensure competency-based care and patient safety.
• Coordinate with Nursing Leadership to review best practices and outcomes.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and policy development.
