Job summary

Good Shepherd Hospital is seeking a House Supervisor (RN) to oversee hospital operations and nursing care during night shifts. You will coordinate staffing, patient flow, and bed placement, acting as a resource and leader for nursing staff and other departments.

Leadership and clinical guidance are essential across shifts. The role requires an RN license in the state of practice, a BSN is preferred, and at least 1 year of nursing experience with leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required or licensed as RN in practice state.
• 1 year nursing experience required; leadership experience preferred.
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS, NRP, TNCC and PALS as per affiliate guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hospital operations and nursing care during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate staffing, patient flow, and bed placement.
• Provide guidance, education, and support to nursing staff and other departments.
• Manage hospital-wide situations and assist with data monitoring when needed.
