Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages daily activities to ensure effective operations and communications in the unit.
• Supervises, monitors and evaluates the quality of patient care and plans.
• Coordinates and participates in on-call responsibilities with confidentiality.
• Develops and participates in continuing education and orientation programs.
• Collaborates with infection prevention and process improvement teams and charts audits.
