Good Shepherd Rehabilitation · Good Shepherd Specialty Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse - Graduate Nurse for LTACH. This full-time night shift (12 hours, 7:00pm–7:30am) includes weekend work as assigned.

The graduate nurse must practice under supervision by an experienced PA-registered nurse in the unit. The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, patient education, and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• The graduate nurse must register and complete the state board examination within 90 days from start date.
• New graduate program.
• Current PA temporary practice permit required.
• Basic Life Support / CPR required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and restores patients' health by completing the nursing process and collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
• Provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families.
• Educate patients and families to understand condition, medications, and self-care.
