Responsibilities

• Prioritize, plan, and complete patient care as assigned.
• Attend to personal care needs.
• Assist with patient transfers and ambulation.
• Obtain accurate vital signs and collect specimens per policy.
• Respond to patient requests and seek RN/LPN supervision as needed.
• Document care and notify RNs of significant findings or changes in patient condition.
