Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Night House Supervisor / Patient Flow Specialist in Great Falls, MT. This on-site, full-time night-shift role provides leadership for patient flow, guides nursing staff, and collaborates with clinical leaders and the Chief Nursing Officer to maintain safe, efficient hospital operations.

The ideal candidate holds an ADN or BSN with RN licensure in Montana, 3+ years ICU/ED experience, and certification in BLS/CPR with ACLS/PALS potential.

Qualifications

• RN leadership and clinical leadership experience.
• Patient flow management across hospital units.
• Staff coaching and conflict resolution.
• Critical thinking and crisis prioritization.
• Experience with night-shift operations.

Responsabilités

• Provide shift supervision and administrative decision-making with charge nurses and CNO.
• Optimize patient flow, manage nursing resource assignments, and coordinate inter-department transfers.
• Direct staff in applying policies, organize workflows, delegate tasks, and monitor productivity.
• Resolve complex clinical situations and address patient/family concerns.
• Collaborate with physicians and support teams to ensure safe, efficient hospital operations.
